Delete Your Account

Birln Wall — Phlout LLC

You can permanently delete your Birln Wall account and data at any time, either in the app or by email. Deleting your account releases your Burner Number and deletes your account, approved list, settings, and screening history. This cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete in the app

  1. Open Birln Wall and sign in.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Don't have the app installed, or can't sign in? Email help@birlnwall.comfrom the address or phone number associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, approved list, and settings.
  • Your screening and call/text history.
  • If you moved your own phone number into Birln Wall, we hold it for 90 days so you can move it to another carrier, then release it — email help@birlnwall.com if you need the details to do that.

What we keep, and why

Records we are required to keep — such as payment and payout records — may be retained as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-retention details.
