Most people keep their number and forward it to their Birln Wall number with a quick carrier dial code — friends dial the same number they always have and ring straight through in the app. Or hand out your Wall number as a second line. Either way, anyone not on your approved list is answered by our automated system and asked to pay a one-time toll you set (default $2.99) — or they can say your magic word to get through free.

Reply STOPto any message and we'll immediately unsubscribe that number. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts. Our messages are only ever sent after a caller presses 1 to request a payment link — see our SMS Terms for details.

Yes. If you were charged but the call genuinely couldn't be completed because of a problem on our end, email help@birlnwall.comwith the number you called from and the approximate time, and we'll review it. See our Terms for the full refund policy.

No. Unknown callers only ever see your screened Birln Wall number. We never sell or share your real number, your contacts, or your messages. See our Privacy Policy.

Open the Birln Wall app and edit your approved list any time. People you add ring through instantly and free; people you remove go back to being screened.

No — but you don't need to. Birln Wall doesn't replace your phone or your carrier line: you keep your real number and dial out normally for everything, including 911. Birln Wall only screens the incoming calls and texts sent to your Secure Number. Just never rely on the Birln Wall app itself for emergency calls — use your regular phone dialer.
