How does Birln Wall screen my calls?
You hand out a Birln Wall number instead of your real one. People you add to your approved list ring straight through. Anyone else is answered by our automated system and asked to pay a one-time $1.99 to connect. Your real number stays private the whole time.
I'm getting texts from Birln Wall — how do I stop them?
Reply STOPto any message and we'll immediately unsubscribe that number. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts. Our messages are only ever sent after a caller presses 1 to request a payment link — see our SMS Terms for details.
What does replying HELP do?
Reply HELPto any message and we'll text back a short note explaining the service and how to reach support. You can also email help@birlnwall.com anytime.
I paid the $1.99 but couldn't connect — can I get a refund?
Yes. If you were charged but the call genuinely couldn't be completed because of a problem on our end, email help@birlnwall.comwith the number you called from and the approximate time, and we'll review it. See our Terms for the full refund policy.
Is my real phone number ever shared?
No. Unknown callers only ever see your screened Birln Wall number. We never sell or share your real number, your contacts, or your messages. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I add or remove someone from my approved list?
Open the Birln Wall app and edit your approved list any time. People you add ring through instantly and free; people you remove go back to being screened.
Can I use Birln Wall to call 911?
No. Birln Wall is a screening service, not a phone line, and cannot be used for emergency calls. Always keep a working phone for emergencies.
